JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build connections that foster long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide superior customer service by adhering to our sales and service model.
- Generate leads for the Install Sales team.
- Record measurements for customers and perform basic calculations, such as converting inches to feet, and calculating linear feet and square footage.
- Complete sales and arrange deliveries.
- Learn about new products and attend Kitchen department-specific training when available.
- Manage and process sales orders using Excel and D365.
- Approach interactions and learning opportunities with a curious mindset.
- Maintain store standards, including inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and proactive in serving customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be cross trained in other departments.
- Knowledge of countertops and cabinets is an asset.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Flexible availability to workdays, evenings, and weekends (rotating 8-hour shifts).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is an asset.
