We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the Southern New Brunswick Woodlands team as a Woodlands Operations Lead Hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in the field
• Meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Meeting daily and weekly production requirements
• Performance management of an operator group
• Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Previous Lead Hand experience would be considered an asset
• Previous experience operating and maintaining forestry machines.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Desire to work in the field of Forest Management
