JOB DESCRIPTION
Atlas Structural Systems is looking for a Skilled Labourer in their new plant in Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in a team setting to build roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, or small projects such as sheds, garbage bins, etc.
• Take measurements and read blueprints/designs.
• Connect wooden components and other materials to match design specifications.
• Daily use of power tools
• Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors.
• 40 hour work weeks and the opportunity to receive our standard benefits package

QUALIFICATIONS

• Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures.
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with power tools is considered an asset.
• Construction experience is considered an asset.
