JOB DESCRIPTION
Central New Brunswick Woodlands is seeking a custodian for our Deersdale Camps in Deersdale, NB.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare all bedrooms for occupancy
• Ensure all Buildings are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets, wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap), wipe mirrors and windows
• Maintain outer premises and work areas
• Report major damages to Building Maintenance Supervisor and oversee repairs
• Shovel snow from the steps and walkways
• Lift and move various items (e.g. moving furniture, appliances, etc...)
• Position will be required to travel to remote locations and subject to inclement weather conditions.
• Willing to complete physically demanding tasks both indoors and outdoors
• Build and track list of camp equipment, satellite receiver SIN#s, etc...
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:

• General maintenance skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Class 5 driver's license
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and email
