JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and high energy Pricing Assistant (4-month summer student - May-August) to be based out of Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will support the Pricing Administration Team with a variety of tasks and projects while giving the successful student the opportunity to gain experience on real business cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Pricing Administration Team, that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including:
- Support the Pricing Administration Coordinators during daily tasks
- Send out monthly price increase notifications to customers
- Perform weekly fuel surcharge updates
- Support the team during process improvement projects
- Improve weekly fuel update process
- Improve price increase notification process
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma with a Business Administration or a related discipline
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- You have strong attention to detail with great organizational, communication and time management skills
- You are a self-starter, problem solver and can work independently as well as in a team atmosphere
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office #LI-MA1
