JOB DESCRIPTION
Atlas Structural Systems is looking for a Production Supervisor to add to their Lower Sackville plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and work with their team to assemble wood components into structural panels used in construction projects.
• Ensure the company's safety measures and quality standards are always met.
• Meet or exceed production targets and help maintain equipment upkeep.
• Communicates information and priorities to the team and ensures they have the directions and tools needed to complete their tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a builder or in the construction field.
• Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills are considered an asset.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Mechanical background is considered an asset.
