We are growing our product offerings and have an opening at our Dieppe location for a Sales Executive - Forklift & Heavy-Duty Lines, working within our sales operation. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-connected salesperson who is passionate about building relationships and energized by the opportunity to grow a brand-new business.
The successful candidate would be responsible for selling forklifts in the New Brunswick and PEI market, along with other specialty heavy duty lines. Key focuses of the role include 1. Prospecting, presenting, and closing sales with a focus on establishing long-term client relationships 2. Overseeing delivery and customer experience for all new units/product sold. 3. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to support and grow the business. We Offer:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to establish a solid customer base for a new and growing business.
- Prospect, establish, and maintain relationships by understanding client needs and presenting solutions.
- Strategically plan, negotiate, and close sales while exceeding targets through pipeline management and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage delivery timelines, post-sales follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the forklift or heavy equipment industry preferred. Proven ability to learn and present technical products.
- Energized by the opportunity to grow a new business, driven by self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and adopting sales technologies to streamline operations.
- Strong skills in needs analysis, sales techniques, combined with a balance detail-oriented mindset quoting and post sales.
- Demonstrates collaboration and trust-building skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.

We are an authorized sales, service, parts and warranty dealership for premium products Freightliner and Western Star Trucks. In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RVs.
