We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our Employee Experience & Belonging team. In this role, you'll work closely with the team to shape and enhance the employee experience and sense of belonging across the organization. You'll partner cross-functionally and divisionally on projects and programs supporting the well-being and retention of our people. You'll have the opportunity to project manage small-mid scale programs from start to finish and support the day-to-day operations of larger-scale programs.
This role involves HR partnership, employee listening, high-level collaboration, and project management of HR initiatives. It supports alignment with functional and organizational goals by driving HR projects, offering guidance, and leading efforts to elevate the employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage small-mid scale, end-to-end projects and programs to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention.
- Monitor project progress and keeping projects and tasks on track, keeping cross-functional partners appropriately engaged and informed, and actively resolving issues.
- Create and support internal communication and change management
- Support maintaining data integrity for our program's systems/tools and dashboards to help track programs' effectiveness using various metrics.
- Support some administrative elements across our portfolio of programs (e.g., calendaring, drafting employee communications, building project plans, tracking deliverables, updating and organizing data, and responding to employee/manager questions).
- Input, analyze, synthesize data, and complete external research to identify patterns and new ideas that can help improve programs and processes.
- Analyze employee feedback data; conduct focus groups, coach and support Employee Experience goal development and action plans using data.
- Collaborate with our HR Business Partners, Learning & Development/Talent Management partners and business leaders to understand needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative program ideas to improve the employee experience and has a growth mindset (i.e., you're excited to try new things and believe challenges will help you grow).
- A "how can we make this better?" mentality. You recognize that "perfect" is not an end state and continually drive for progress and improvement.
- 3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in HR, DEI or people-related programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in executing short-term and long-term projects, with attention to detail and organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Data-driven problem solver and strategist.
