JOB DESCRIPTION
Working closely with the Sales Team, Pricing Analysts and our Trade Spending Team, the Pricing Administrator creates accurate and timely Profit and Loss statements as well as completing contract set up to deliver the highest level of service and quality to our customers. This role creates significant financial value by ensuring guidelines are adhered to, brings alignment between the Customer and Cavendish, and ensures accuracy of Terms and Conditions. This includes Pricing, Shipping Conditions and Trade and Deductions Terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Cavendish Sales team to develop price quotations for Canada and US Foodservice Customers using customer profitability tools within the Company's ERP System (Oracle Software)
  • Upon successful quotation process the role includes the set up/creation of contracts to insure alignment between Cavendish and the End User Customer.
  • Monitor and assess current contracts to review contract status and capture contract expiry and renewals.
  • Work with Pricing Analytics Team to align on amendments to all accounts in a timely manner.
  • Helps to Investigates and resolves pricing deductions.
  • Proactively identify and raise risks and issues that allow for the improvement of processes and system enhancement to allow for the continuous improvement of the Pricing Process within Cavendish.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College or University Diploma in Business Preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales related role
  • Experience in ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards or SAP would be considered a strong asset.
  • High attention to detail
  • Open to new learnings with strong Customer Focus Mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, willing to have open discussions across multiple functions (Sales, Supply Chain and Trade Groups)
  • Proficiency in Excel
