JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Support Technician will be a self-starter with a strong workethic, "Can Do" attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Hourly Wage: $26.66/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute a wide range of general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of plant.
- Utilize fundamental plumbing knowledge to conduct repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Utilize carpentry expertise to handle diverse projects, including construction, repairs, and renovations.
- Showcase proficiency with a variety of hand tools for efficient and precise completion of maintenance activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate a solid track record of experience in maintenance work and a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing basics, enabling the successful repair and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Exhibit strong carpentry skills to effectively tackle a variety of projects, minor repairs.
- Display proficiency in the use of hand tools, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all maintenance activities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Must attain an acceptable level in all appropriate aptitude evaluations:
