JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules, and sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the Heavy Equipment, Truck and Transport, or Auto sales industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RVs.
