RESPONSIBILITIES

• Roofing Installation - Install roofing materials such as shingles, underlayment, and flashing according to blueprint specifications and company standards.
• Quality Assurance - Inspect and verify roofing installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Material Handling - Handle and organize roofing materials efficiently, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Safety Compliance - Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe practices while working at heights.
• Team Collaboration - Work with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and efficient installation of roofing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education - High School Diploma or equivalent; trade certification in a construction-related field is a plus.
• Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing installation or general construction; experience in modular home construction is preferred.
• Skills - Proficiency in installing various roofing materials, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with roofing tools and techniques.
• Physical Endurance - Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting materials and working at heights for extended periods.
• Safety-Oriented - Strong commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a secure workspace.
• Team Player - Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of projects.
