JOB DESCRIPTION
The Logistics Coordinator will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Salary- $55,000- $60,000
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain maintenance schedule for all Trucks and Trailers within the Trucking Division.
• Ensure driver paperwork is complete and meeting standards.
• Receive calls regarding unplanned maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors on appointments and scheduling maintenance appointments.
• Understand and track of critical parts list.
• Utilize maintenance software to track and report out on maintenance.
• Administration of vehicle fleet maintenance records.
• Assist with creating sales orders.
• Assist with dispatching and coordinating loads.
• Compliance tracking and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A post-secondary degree in business or community college.
• 1-3 years' experience in logistics or related field.
• Mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate competency in managing multiple projects
• Clear understanding and dedication to meeting deadlines
• Ability to work variable hours and days during peak season
• Previous exposure to an agricultural environment is an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
