JOB DESCRIPTION
The Co-op Student, Master Scheduling will report to the Team Lead, Master Scheduling and support in the integrated master schedule development and maintenance for the Programs. This role is aimed at building up experience to become a Scheduler by learning scheduling techniques, developing what-if scenarios and progress reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support schedule development, Critical path and what if analysis
- Progress recorded and issued to stakeholders
- Support in ensuring all weekly and monthly Business Reporting requirements is maintained
- Support Ensure multi project schedule dependencies are implemented
- Support with schedule analysis and risk assessments
- Day to Day:
- Consult with scheduling team to review activities
- Update schedule to ensure project progress reports are created as required
- Support in the Implementation, and maintain an effective scheduling management system
- Report to Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Incorporate Baseline Change Requests
- Implement project scheduling processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 Years' Experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, openness to learning
- Skilled in organizing and managing a variety of tasks with varying priorities and ability to work within a team, but also confident to work unsupervised
