JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Client Service Representative with J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI), you will work as part of the Client Services Team within Finance Shared Services located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The Client Services Team is part of our JDI Finance Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team and is the first point of contact for inquiries. As a member of the team, you will provide a superior customer experience to our suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders across various business sectors, including transportation & logistics, forestry, shipbuilding, manufacturing, and information technology services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for all incoming phone and email inquiries regarding accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Inquiry resolution or escalation
- Categorizing and tracking of client inquiries to identify opportunities to improve our processes
- Support phone conferencing services
- Support JDI Mailroom functions when required including managing incoming and outgoing couriers and internal customer mail inquiries.
- Delivery of a superior customer experience
- This position involves work during the business week, Monday to Friday, with 8.5-hour shifts that will be scheduled between 7:30am to 6:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in related field
- Superior communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Effective time management
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous Customer Service experience is an asset
- Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
