JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is expected to have great organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills and attention for detail are a must. This role will have occasional travel to Fredericton and Moncton.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and provide necessary structural, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
  • Perform daily maintenance activities of building operations and contractors on site.
  • Maintain and execute on a preventative maintenance program for the sites.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and local policies.
  • Monitor, Inspect and maintain/react to building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years' experience in facility maintenance.
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem solving & organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and building management.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • A valid driver license.
  • Ability and Eligibility to obtain "secret" security clearances.
