JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sawmill Division is seeking to fill an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) position in the Clearwater team with reliable, motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude toward teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the manufacturing installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment
• Configuration and execution of SMAW and FCAW in all positions
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshooting, repair, assembly, preventive maintenance of machines
• Repair or replace chains, belts conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, welding, cutting, etc, using electronic tools
• Meet quality, safety and environmental standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required education: Industrial Mechanics diploma bloc 2 or high (Red seal is considered an asset)
• Required years of experience : 2 to 5 years in an industrial environment
• Be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays
• Sawmill experience is an asset
• Be able communicate in french
• Meet JDI selection criteria
