JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Team Lead, Corporate Analytics, the Sales & Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and providing insightful analytics to support strategic initiatives. The Sales & Marketing Analyst will leverage data to enhance the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing programs, improve talent acquisition and retention, optimize workforce planning, and drive overall organizational performance. This position is based in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams throughout JDI Moncton to develop data driven insights. Develop and implement analytical solutions by working with sales and marketing teams on key projects.
- Identify and wrangle data to enable rapid analytical solution development. Collaborate with modelers and business experts to assure data is accessible, clean and fits the solution.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes within business and work with continuous improvement to implement changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1 years' experience with analysis
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes & metrics
- Great attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of PowerBI considered a plus
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be a team player
