JOB DESCRIPTION
The Crew Leader and Tree Care positions are critical to our planting operation, and we have multiple positions available. They are vital support roles for our tree planters throughout the summer and require highly motivated self-starters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Crew Leader - Up to $1300/week salary (negotiated based on experience)

• Crew Leaders are responsible for managing crews of 10-14 tree planters. Responsibilities include safety and quality assurance, block setup, managing the job site, and meeting daily production targets

Tree Care - $1125/week salary (negotiated based on experience)

• Tree Care is responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Duties may include setting up caches, equipment maintenance (skidder, pumps, vehicles), watering trees, tree deliveries, managing inventory of both full and empty tree trays, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must having planting experience.
• Class 4 license with clean driver's abstract
• Tree planting experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks
