MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Gulf Operators, Ltd. is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including drilling and blasting, concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, as well as aggregate production and sales.

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for heavy equipment and vehicles including truck & trailers.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage parts and supplies for maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of equipment and maintenance practices

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:

• College-level education as a Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal certification is highly desired.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance planning or a similar role, preferably with heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to heavy equipment maintenance.
• A class 5 drivers license is required.
