The Program Coordinator with the assistance of the Board members of the LoL Committee will be responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating events & activities. The Program Coordinator will supervise an assistant & L'Arche Fredericton volunteers who participate in the program. Develop partnerships with other agencies & organizations that serve adults with intellectual disabilities. It is expected that most job-related work will take place during daytime hours Monday through Friday, but some activities such as monthly gatherings, communitea's, sports or musical events may be held in the evenings or on weekends May 1 through July 31.

  • Be a resident of New Brunswick (must have lived in New Brunswick for at least 6 months) or a First Nation community in New Brunswick;

  • Be a high school student entering grade 10, 11, or 12 in September 2024; OR
  • Be a full-time Grade 12, university or college student in the current academic year of 2023-2024 AND attending a post-secondary institution full-time in the fall of 2024.
