About the Job:The House/Program Assistant will support the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of adults with intellectual disabilities ("core members"). At Creative Connections, the Assistant will support the daily activities of the art studio and day program, including working on our garden program. The Assistant is responsible to the House and Program Leaders. The Assistant will participate in L'Arche community meetings and special events, and help organize outings and celebrations. The Assistant will support core members with communication and emotional well-being, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

- Be a high school student entering grade 10, 11, or 12 in September 2024; OR
