Your Opportunity
We are seeking a summer 2025 public relations intern that is a highly motivated, detailed, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They should possess solid communication, writing, editing, and software capabilities. The PR intern manages multiple, simultaneous assignments while providing support to our regional and global PR team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the PR team in implementing the company's PR strategy and help execute relevant deliverables
Research, create, edit, and deliver engaging content for thought leadership blogs, press releases, website content, social media content, and other communications
Track engagement and report on PR campaigns and initiatives
Execute media relations functions including media tracking, pitching, and reporting
Maintain and update databases of media contacts
Track, analysis, and compare competitor social and website engagement
Communicate and build relationships with internal clients
Research relevant industry topics to assess media opportunities
Monitor, scan, and summarize news stories relevant to the company's industry
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand key topics within technical areas
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Education and Experience
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
