As a Seasonal Event Security Guard, customer service is a top priority, as you will be interacting with people throughout your shift in dynamic environments, including large crowd events. This role is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension to permanent employment with GardaWorld, and what matters most in a role like this is your ability to build meaningful connections. • Provide security presence and crowd control at events
• Monitor entrances and exits, conducting security screenings as required
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations professionally
• Communicate effectively with team members and event staff
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a safe environment

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Alberta security license
• Standard First aid Certificate
• ProTect and Proserve certification required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
