Job Summary & Key Responsibilities | With the focus on emergency nursing in the emergency room area, students will further develop, critically analyze, and apply knowledge gained in previous courses with a focus on the management of clients requiring emergency care. Emphasis includes working with clients across the lifespan and inter-professional relationships and collaborative management within specialty practice. Qualifications/Requirements of Position | Candidates must hold a graduate nursing degree (PhD preferred), or related field, plus have relevant teaching experience and clinical expertise in the area of emergency nursing. Experience with teaching in an online environment is an asset. All lecturers hired to teach online will be supported by Dalhousie to develop and deliver their courses from the Centre for Learning and Teaching ([email protected]) and Academic Technology Services ([email protected]).
