The bigger picture
We're looking for a creative and motivated summer student with a keen eye for detail to join our Marketing team at the end of April 2025 for a 4-month term at our 2375 College Avenue, Regina location. In this role you will support the Marketing team in coordinating and executing strategies that promote Conexus' brand, engage with our audience, and drive growth.

How you'll be spending your time

  • Supporting and coordinating the execution of Conexus marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting in social media content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Supporting the coordination of logistics, communications, and on-site assistance for sponsorship activations and events.
  • Managing administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
  • There may be an opportunity to work alongside our Graphic Designer:
    • Developing visually compelling designs for various mediums such as print, digital, social media, and other marketing collateral.
    • Preparing designs for print and digital distribution, file storage systems

The experience you bring

  • Working toward a post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms is considered an asset.
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and production tools is considered an asset.
