Product Development Full Time Montreal, QC We're looking for a visionary Product Owner who will lead as key architect the design and implementation of our cutting-edge cloud ERP application. Design and deliver end-2-end business processes and lead data-driven decision making. You own the portfolio backlog and translate demand into epics and user stories and see to it that these are delivered in sprints. To help these companies ParagonERP has been developed, an exceptionally flexible and powerful cloud ERP solution for SME wholesale companies. We focus mainly on wholesalers where inventory management and order processing are key to be successful. Our ambition in the coming years is to become a leading player in the European market. You are a seasoned product owner in ERP software with a track record of successfully guiding complex projects from conception to deployment. You like to work across a variety of areas, with colleagues in The Netherlands and Canada, working closely together with our Customer Success team and our Development teams. Understanding customer needs, market developments and product vision: create the digital supply chain product vision, define the product strategy and deploy product roadmap; Writing clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; Sprint planning and review; Progress monitoring and adjustment; Collaborating with customer-facing teams, the development teams (within the Platform Engineering squad and Services Engineering squad), quality assurance, and other stakeholders to achieve your objectives; 10+ years of relevant experience, of which 5 years as product owner working with ERP software; ~ Experience with agile/scrum way of working; ~ You are an excellent communicator (in English) and work with many different people; ~ We are a distributed team but the development is mostly based in Montreal.
