ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products. Our Emergency Lighting manufacturing facility in Dorval, Canada is hiring an Insides Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for the customer sales agencies. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responding to customer inquiries by using your customer service skills and knowledge.

Your responsibilities
  • Receive and return orders via fax, phone, EDI, etc.
  • Maintain a constant and direct communication with the Customer so that orders come in with all the complete and correct data, and are processed quickly.
  • Contact customer (if necessary) and document communications.
  • Ensure that return RMA is edited and processed promptly.
  • Take necessary actions to ensure special requirement implementation.
  • Document and communicate to customer any order modifications.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning their order / delivery status.
  • Maintain up-to-date and orderly filing system.
  • Investigate and resolve order entry error messages.
Your background
  • Bilingualism is essential (French/English). French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency office software.
  • SAP and SFDC an Asset.
  • Excellent skills for communication.
  • Capacity of fast adaptation to the various products and the process.
  • Dynamism.
  • Like to work with people.
  • Team spirit is essential.
  • Ability to stay calm in a stressful situation.
