They are seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Project Coordinator to join their team located in downtown Montreal. The position would be well suited to a candidate that has administrative and/or executive support experience and a passion for professional writing. If you enjoy synthesizing information to produce documents, proposals and reports in addition to providing administrative support, this role is for you. Manage projects by tracking information and progress, coordinating processes and report on project status Write and edit a variety of professional material including reports, documents, proposals and RFP's in both English and French Support Senior Partners by coordinating and scheduling meetings, reviewing and preparing documents, managing information and conducting research Post-secondary education and a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a professional services firm Experience supporting senior executives Fluent bilingualism in oral and written English and French Strong writing skills in English and French with a passion for writing This is a permanent, full-time position in Montreal offering $60,000 to $75,000 per year dependent upon experience and hybrid work arrangements.
