As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide coaching and act as a strategic business partner for the Supply Chain team on all HR-related initiatives, encompassing coaching, talent development, organizational design, change management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee and labour relations. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Human Resources, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience and foster management team development, while also serving as the primary point of contact for all matters related to labour relations. Promote company values and culture within business units with the objective of maintaining a high level of employee engagement. Assume an influential role with the management teams in the development of their strategies and in the achievement of their business objectives through the revision of structures and skills profiles, the development of talents and workforce planning. Offer coaching to leaders on human resources approach and labour relations, including performance management, interpretation of company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, conflict resolution, investigations into issues involving employees and disciplinary sanction processes. Act as a change agent for the human resources vision and promote the human resources management programs and best practices for the organization, as well as being responsible for the implementation of initiatives directly related to the global human resources strategy. Lead initiatives for employees and managers on themes such as training and development, career management, talent management, engagement, etc; Promote the company culture within the business unit with the goal of improving relations with employees and attaining a high level of employee engagement; In collaboration with the talent acquisition team, participate in recruitment processes to meet the needs of the functional units. Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or Human Resources. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, both in French and English. Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
