Insight Global is looking for an Administrator based in Montreal to join a large AAA gaming company remotely in Canada for a 12-month contract. This person will be responsible for managing invoicing, reconciliations, and employee gifts reporting. You'll also be the go-to person for Service Desk tickets. This person will be assisting with asset management, shipping, event logistics, and onboarding new hires. Arrange travel and coordinate special gifts for life events. They will also keep distribution lists and Slack channels up to date for efficient communication within the studio.

Must-haves

* Coordinate all administrative needs, such as:

* Own the Purchase Card

* Manage monthly reconciliations

* Manage employee gifts reporting to payroll

* Manage all invoicing and purchasing process

* Manage contracted services

* Provide initial expense tool training and general assistance with expense report queries

* Assist team to submit or escalate Service Desk tickets when needed

* Act as the primary point of contact for the team members and support them with tasks such as:

* Asset management and purchasing (hardware, software, office supplies, swag, misc. peripherals)

* Coordinate shipping / couriers

* Help with onboarding new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start

* Assists with travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, travel letters for international travel) for certain individuals

* Maintain studio specific distribution lists and Slack channels
