Calling all General Labourers with previous construction/drywall/handyman experience! This is the full time, long term role for you to spring into this season!

Our client rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings for office trailers, complexes, schools, medical/government/private industries, and more!

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Ideal applicants MUST have previous construction/renovation/drywall/handyman experience to be considered.
Drivers license and able to get to location via car is preferred.
Must be able to work long-term independently, outdoors (rain/snow)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-22/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

Cleaning/preparing office trailers and furniture – wash floors, windows, walls, sweep, wax and buff.
Lifting up to 50 lbs required to assist in loading stairs and furniture into modular buildings.
Ability to be a spotter when moving equipment.
Change deadbolts and door handles.
Do VCT floor repair work.
Change drywall panels
Replace baseboard or casing.
Replace exterior siding.
Hanging doors.
Ability to use power tools.
