Our client, a boutique Employment & Labour law firm in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Partner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a firm renowned for its personalised client service and expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employment & Labour law and a portable book of business valued at $500,000 or more.

What you'll do:

• Strengthen client relationships and seek new business opportunities
• Offer expert advice on complex Employment & Labour issues and stay informed on industry developments
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate on strategic initiatives with partners
• Leverage your book of business to support firm growth and participate in activities to boost the firm's visibility

What you bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and membership with the Law Society of Ontario
• Proven experience as a Partner or senior legal professional in Employment & Labour law
• A portable book of business valued at $500,000 or more
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic client advice
