As our platform scales, we need an experienced front-end leader who can blend executional excellence with strategic vision. This is your chance to co-own the front-end architecture of a complex SaaS platform and shape the way we build - and who we build it with.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and co-owner of the front-end codebase
• Set the pace in terms of both delivery and technical excellence
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards across the team
• Contribute to and help lead architectural decision-making that impacts the entire platform
• Mentor and coach intermediate developers, helping them identify growth areas and unlock their next level
• Actively address communication gaps between the front-end team and other technical or non-technical teams

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end engineering with React and TypeScript
• Proven leadership experience - formal or informal - guiding and mentoring other developers
• Mastery of TypeScript and vanilla JavaScript
• Deep understanding of system design, application architecture, and performance optimization
• Strong structural thinking, with the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs in code design and technical decisions
• Passion for shipping beautiful, maintainable, and efficient code
• Experience or strong interest in Node.js and NestJS - we love engineers who understand the full stack (is an asset)
