OB SUMMARY A
s part of the Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team at EPS, your role will be to support the delivery of SEM programs to multiple large industrial clients. The focus of this role will be to serve as an Energy Analyst Level 1 to drive the delivery of a series of activities with the clients while focusing on generating energy savings within the industrial plants.M
ain responsibilities:A
- nalysis of energy performance within industrial facilities to develop key insights (production intensity, downtime energy, etc.). P
- roviding support (technical and project management) to clients in finding, validating, developing, and implementing energy savings opportunities in industrial systems (compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC, major process equipment, etc.). I
- nteraction with the clients mainly via teleconferencing and occasionally in person and on-site. O
- perational project management for a multitude of projects: budgets, deliverables, resources, timelines, KPIs, etc. C
- oaching plant personnel in energy management practices (technical, procedural, etc.). F
- acilitating on-site events such as energy savings opportunities brainstorming. L
- eading the preparation of Annual Energy Planning (in accordance with ISO 50001). D
- eliver quantifiable energy savings. R

e are looking for a team player who has excellent analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would have 1 to 2 years of engineering working experience.S
- trong technical knowledge allowing an in-depth understanding of various industrial processes and systems. A
- bility to break down complicated problems and communicate them effectively. D
- ata analysis skills (preparing data for analysis, summary statistics, visual analysis, extracting actionable opportunities and relevant questions, etc.). K
- nowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). A
- bility to work as part of a team and to effectively facilitate group conversations. A
- bility to run an effective meeting with a diversity of stakeholders. A
- utonomous and results-oriented with a developed attention to detail. D
- eveloped ability to understand new concepts and learn autonomously. A
- bility to read, write, and speak English fluently (French is an asset). E
