Our client is a well-established civil engineering consultancy based in Chilliwack, BC, specializing in municipal infrastructure and capital projects. They support local municipalities and First Nations communities through a range of services in municipal servicing, transportation, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from initial design through construction.
• Develop and review designs for municipal infrastructure and capital projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, community consultations, and public presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and ethical workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in civil project design.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia.
• Demonstrated alignment with core values of teamwork, loyalty, and community.
• Proven experience delivering municipal infrastructure and capital projects.
• Willingness to relocate to Chilliwack, BC.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience working with First Nations communities.
