Our client is a well-established civil engineering consultancy based in Chilliwack, BC, specializing in municipal infrastructure and capital projects. They support local municipalities and First Nations communities through a range of services in municipal servicing, transportation, and utilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from initial design through construction.
- Develop and review designs for municipal infrastructure and capital projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, community consultations, and public presentations.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and ethical workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level experience in civil project design.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia.
- Demonstrated alignment with core values of teamwork, loyalty, and community.
- Proven experience delivering municipal infrastructure and capital projects.
- Willingness to relocate to Chilliwack, BC.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience working with First Nations communities.
