JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a technical expert to support small to medium complex projects and initiatives related to application and infrastructure technology across multiple platforms. The role involves communicating with end-users to document and resolve issues, evaluating service requests for adherence to standards, and escalating complex problems with alternative solutions. The candidate will also provide training, coordinate implementation plans, monitor services for improvement opportunities, and maintain a knowledge base to enhance MTTR. Daily interactions will include developers, PMOs, business analysts, and product owners.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5-7 Years experience with defining, implementing changes to, and supporting a production application. Experience with on prem to Azure cloud migrations Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.

Experience with production scheduling, control procedures and maintaining of processing service deliverables. Platform Infrastructure experience. Unix Experience. Ability to manage high volumes and multitask efficiently
