What You'll Do

• Drive verification methodologies, architect verification environments, test benches, test planning, reviews and coverage improvements.
• Drive Post-Silicon bring-up including validation, emulation, and on board Post Silicon Functional Validation.
• Engage Customers to share Post-Silicon reports and drive Customer Demos
• Lead and grow the Pre/Post Silicon Verification and Validation team by hiring, mentoring, supporting and retaining top talent.

What We're Looking For

• SOC Leadership: 15 years of hands-on experience leading Pre-Silicon Verification and Post-Silicon Validation teams
• Visionary & Independent: A proactive leader who is motivated, hands-on, and a true team player.
• Deep knowledge on Pre-Silicon Verification and Post Silicon Validation including verification infra, creating strong test plans, coverage KPIs, and UVM
• Knowledge in SOC mixed-signal design and understanding of phase-locked loops (PLLs) useful
• Working knowledge interacting with place and route teams useful
• Tapeout Experience: Proven track record with multiple ASIC tapeouts across different technology nodes on Pre-Silicon Verification and Post-Silicon Validation
