Insight Global is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to build efficient and scalable ETL processes using Snowflake, Databricks, Python, SQL, and Azure services to support analytics and reporting. Additionally, the candidate will enhance performance and reliability by optimizing queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure data availability and integrity. The ideal candidate will drive best practices in data engineering, including coding standards, version control, and automation.

Must Haves:

Experience leading and mentoring global engineering teams, collaborating with offshore teams, setting technical direction, and fostering collaboration.

6 to 8 years of Data Engineering experience in building, deploying, scaling, and maintaining data pipelines.
