We are seeking a reliable and experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team in Cape Breton. The technician will be responsible for the application of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job site. Duties include surface preparation, operating spray foam equipment, maintaining tools and machinery, and following all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, attics, and other structures
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment safely and effectively
• Prepare work areas by cleaning and masking surfaces
• Follow building codes and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience with spray foam insulation
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
