Senior Bilingual Network Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual Senior Network Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our broadband and core network infrastructure. You'll architect high-availability systems, mentor junior engineers, and work cross-functionally to build future-proof solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and uptime matter.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of Juniper-based service provider networks (MX, EX, SRX series)
  • Architect MPLS, BGP, and segment routing topologies for next-gen broadband delivery
  • Define standards, documentation, and automation practices across infrastructure
  • Guide network automation strategy using Junos automation, Python, and Ansible
  • Troubleshoot complex multi-site routing and service issues, and support root cause analysis
  • Provide technical leadership during outages, migrations, and growth projects
  • Collaborate with vendors and leadership on hardware lifecycle and platform improvements
  • Mentor mid- and junior-level engineers

You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in Network Engineering
  • Expert knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, routing protocols and principles etc.)
  • Expertise in architecting EVPN-based network with a strong understanding of VXLAN overlay and multi-tenant segmentation strategies
  • Expert knowledge of designing and deploying multicast-enabled network infrastructures with strong focus on PIM, IGMP and multicast optimization strategies
  • Strong technical background with excellent knowledge of in telecommunications systems and networks
  • Experience in multi-vendor network topologies (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Nokia, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of network security best practices.
  • Knowledge of various network technologies (SDN, cloud networking, virtualization, etc.)
  • Background of cloud computing principles to optimize network agility and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE) are highly desirable.
