Then, what you'll do:
As part of a dedicated team, you'll be responsible for providing the tools and platforms that ensure the health, performance, and availability of the company's IT systems. You'll play a key role in the continuous improvement of monitoring solutions used by technical teams.
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide observability platforms (monitoring, logs, metrics, traces).
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure full visibility into IT systems (infrastructure, middleware, applications, etc.).
- Collaborate with production, architecture, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring tools.
- Define best practices in observability, alerting, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in technology watch and propose innovations to enhance coverage, performance, and platform reliability.
- Provide level 2/3 support and expertise for issues related to observability tools.
Your profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT monitoring or infrastructure architecture.
- Excellent understanding of operating systems, networks, and distributed architectures.
- Proven skills in implementing modern monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex incidents.
- Analytical mindset, precision, autonomy, and a service-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (technical language included).
