I am recruiting for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Leader to join my clients innovative team and lead groundbreaking projects from concept to silicon.

As an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Leader, you'll be at the forefront of tackling the most challenging SOC projects in the industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Drive cutting-edge mixed-signal designs from specification through to sign-off
• Lead end-to-end projects, from initial design to final GDS delivery
• Collaborate across diverse teams, expanding your expertise in architecture, RTL, verification, and backend P&R
• Model IP and system-level COSIMs using analog, digital, and mixed-signal sublock
• Work closely with application engineers and silicon validation teams for customer engagement and post-silicon analysis

I am looking for someone with experience in some of the following areas:

• Hands-on experience leading analog and mixed-signal SOC projects
• A proactive, visionary approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deep expertise in SOC analog and mixed-signal design, including PLLs, clock distribution, and synchronisation circuits
• Proficiency in SPICE for analog simulations and COSIM for mixed-signal IP and system-level modelling
• Experience collaborating with place and route teams
• A proven track record of multiple ASIC tapeouts across various technology nodes
