About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who's ready to lead development initiatives and actively shape the future of our technology. Working closely with our CTO and senior engineering team, you'll quickly transition from learning our infrastructure to independently leading major features and strategic technical decisions. You'll have a meaningful role, from architecture planning through to hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Ownership

• Lead development of high-performance, scalable web applications using Node.js, Vue.js, Postgres, and MongoDB.

• Own end-to-end technical execution: from gathering requirements and creating architectural designs to deployment and maintenance.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, AI, sales) to build powerful, impactful product features.

• Influence platform architecture, scalability, and technology choices to support long-term growth and innovation.

Code Quality & Mentorship

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code, establishing best practices across the team.

• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering excellence.

Optimization & Scalability

• Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve reliability, and enhance platform scalability.

• Proactively refactor and evolve our existing codebase, driving continuous improvement.

Continuous Learning & Growth

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices-especially in AI, big data, and SaaS.

• Regularly contribute ideas to enhance our technical stack and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Senior Engineering Experience: 7-10+ years building scalable web applications, ideally in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments.

• Full Stack Expertise: Proven mastery of JavaScript, with strong professional experience in Node.js and Vue.js (or equivalent modern frontend frameworks).

• Database Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with both SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

• Architecture & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects, from technical specification through architecture design and delivery.

• Startup Mindset: Thrives in environments with high autonomy, rapid change, and a willingness to own complex problems end-to-end.

• Excellent Communicator: Clear communication skills, with proven experience mentoring junior developers and articulating technical concepts effectively.
