Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data manipulation, visualization, and business reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and translating business questions into data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Use SQL to query relational databases and support ad-hoc data requests.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.

Support data governance and data quality improvement efforts.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Solid understanding of data cleaning, normalization, and ETL processes.
