MaxSys Staffing is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents for our Client operating within Relocation and Mobility Services Industry.

The agents will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will address inquiries, provide information about relocation policies, and deliver effective solutions to customer issues. A successful candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction while contributing to a positive team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online chat requests, providing clear and accurate information on relocation policies.
Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct research to resolve issues and provide thorough answers.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve problems.
Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.
Perform various administrative tasks to support operations.
Adapt to evolving responsibilities and work flexible hours as needed.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bilingualism in English and French is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly in a contact center, is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer focus and adaptability to diverse personality types.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple communication platforms.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must hold or be eligible for Reliability Status Security Clearance.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Residency: Reside in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years within the last five years, with no absence exceeding six months during this period.
Background Check: Maintain a clear criminal record.
Financial Standing: Demonstrate a satisfactory credit history.
