What Youll Be Doing
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or service portal. Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Manage and resolve support tickets promptly using our help desk system. Install, configure, and support hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
Administer user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Maintain clear and updated technical documentation and user guides.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring junior support staff.
Track IT inventory and update records in FreshService.
Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when needed.
Manage client support appointments and follow-ups.
Complete Microsoft training milestones as guided by the Team Lead.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
What Were Looking
For Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
1+ years in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
2+ years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
Bilingual in English and French (required).
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
