The Service & Engineering coordinator performs administrative support tasks related to both departments such as logistics, work order management and invoicing.
Primary responsibilities
- Open projects in the ERP system and enter subsequent data.
- Make requests for materials and coordinate project requirements.
- Ensure billing of customers within standard deadlines.
- Track project budgets.
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Accounting and Management or equivalent. - Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: fluent in spoken and written French and good knowledge of English.
- Computer:
- ERP and/or any other accounting system
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excel
- Have good management of priorities and timelines.
- Have the ability to work as a team and with several stakeholders at different levels.
- Be organized, resourceful and detailed.
Bilingualism is required for this position as the majority of speakers use English. This skill is essential, as approximately 30% of responsibilities will be in English and 70% in French.
