We are seeking a Procurement Manager, Accessories Development. This role will leverage your experience and knowledge to develop a supply chain aligned with accessories development, working with accessories category managers while supporting our logistics planning and distribution teams. You will have the opportunity to showcase your talents to resolve complex situations that have a direct impact on the success of BRP's supply chain.

Your negotiation skills will be required in an environment where we strive to achieve the best interests of the organization while building strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Ensure that the accessories product development objectives are met based on the deliverables of the accessories development process, while respecting time, quality, and cost criteria.

  • Ensure that deliveries meet BRP's deadlines.

  • Support the development of new accessories while achieving established financial objectives (compliance with margins and business cases).

  • Manage OPEX/CAPEX/ODC and material costs.

  • Manage the recruitment, performance, and development of team members.

  • Participate in the establishment and deployment of procurement strategies.

  • Implement and/or maintain the various work tools and business processes necessary for the department's smooth operation throughout the development process.

  • Manage supplier relationships through the development group.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally in manufacturing and accessories.

  • Bilingualism is essential, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

  • Be versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and possess excellent analytical skills.

  • A good communicator and recognized for your leadership.

  • Ease in maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and work as a team.

  • Ability to manage and mobilize a team.

  • Available to travel.
