Job duties:

Manage, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the company.
Work with US partners to secure business.
Determine company objectives, policies, and procedures.
Establish the business goals and targets for the current year in order to ensure the success of the business.
Ensure all employees and contractors are following the necessary procedures and methods.
Recruit, train, and manage computer/IT professionals.
Evaluate the cost of operations and suggest improvements.
Ensure adherence to the principles of Foreign Affiliates.
Plan future business expansion.
Solve operational issues and conflicts within the company.
Review reports submitted by the employees to assess their needs and suggest changes or improvements.
Control the budget and expenditures of the company and submit payroll for employees.

Required education:

Required work experience and skills:

o Substantial experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design, or computer programming.
o Substantial managerial experience.
o Substantial experience working with US government contracts.
o Substantial experience with information system applications.
o Substantial experience with computer assembly and disassembly.
o At least 20 different computing languages.
